Everything is perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed bright room and magnificent location. The breakfast is gorgeous, offered with vegan options and served in the dining room. The staff are all really helpful and amicable.

Spacious and beautifully decorated, the room offered fine views of the peaceful gardens. Daily homemade cakes were a good treat, while the breakfast spread, particularly with delicious sausages, provided a hearty start to the day. Even with the occasional inconsistency in TV signal and a slightly tricky room door lock, the warmth of the hosts.

Absolutely loved my stay at Waltons! The good homemade cakes and the fine garden views were highlights. It’s so close to the high street A minor point-locking the room from the outside was tricky, but it didn't dampen the experience at all.

The owners were cute, we had our own bathroom attached to our room which was perfect.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still worth every penny.

charming experience with slight connectivity issues
The home exudes character with its 19th-century architecture and beautiful grounds. The owners demonstrated excellent hospitality by offering homemade cakes throughout the day. I revelled in the amazing garden view that enhanced my relaxation.
The TV channels in my room were inconsistent, making it difficult to enjoy evening shows.

Charming getaway with good hosts
Maggie and Richard are really good hosts, always going out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. The breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic range of options that catered to all tastes, including homemade cakes available throughout the day. A minor drawback was the distance from the train station, but the tranquil environment more than made up for it.
